"Sean Marshall and Dynamic Solutions built a deck for us in 2004. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but Sean helped us with a design that would fit our budget and gave us an estimate for the project. He suggested we use cedar for the main decking which is holding up very well to the ocean along the coast of Maine. They finished the job in a timely manner and were always very professional. The job was within budget and we had absolutely no negative issues with Dynamic Solutions. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would hire them again without hesitation."

"Jane and I would like to recommend Dynamic Solutions Construction to any potential clients. Many thanks to Sean, Chris and Geoff for the 3 season room and deck that you added onto our house for us. For our project, my wife and I took Sean to a house in York, ME. to see a 3 season room that we really liked. We asked Sean to replicate that project at our house in North Berwick, ME. Sean agreed that he could build us a similar room. The York room project was 12'x12' with a pitched roof. Sean took some pictures of the York project and then went to work putting together a proposal for our project. Our room project was to be 12'x 24' with a shed roof and a 12'x24' outside deck. We accepted Dynamic Solutions proposal and then the work started. When the project was finished, the room and decking more than met our expectations. We spend most of our time from April through October in the 3 season room eating meals and watching TV during the evening.

"Thanks to the Dynamic Solutions team, I have a wonderful new bathroom in my forty-five year old home.

This team came to me well recommended so I was confident from the start that I would have a good outcome. At the same time however, I had never done anything like this before so wasn't sure how to begin. After a visit to my home and discussion about the project, Sean suggested places I might go to choose flooring, tile, vanity and other accessories. No pressure, just good suggestions. Then we set a date for the renovation to begin.

I had heard some pretty scary stories about things that might happen during a project like mine but none of them happened here. Following are a few of the reasons I think things went so smoothly.

  1. They didn't begin the project until all pieces were in place.
  2. Sean provided me with a day-by-day schedule of what would happen and they absolutely followed it.
  3. They were punctual and dependable.
